📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • During peak gardening seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


🚚 Delivery Options & Times

We currently deliver within the UK mainland.

  • Standard Delivery:
    Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Seasonal / Live Plant Delivery:
    To ensure plant health, some items may be dispatched separately or at optimal planting times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.


💷 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order size and weight

    • Delivery location

    • Product type (e.g. live plants vs. accessories)

Occasional free delivery promotions may apply and will be clearly advertised on our website.


🌱 Live Plants & Seasonal Items

  • Live plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.

  • Some items are seasonal and will only be shipped when conditions are suitable for planting.

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate deliveries at no extra cost.


📍 Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to UK mainland addresses only at this time.

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations.


❗ Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions for redelivery.

  • Bloom & Berries cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control.


🌼 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll always aim to resolve problems quickly, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
